Chosen for Life by Sam Storm

Some time ago, I had finish reading Chosen for Life by Sam Storm. What a wonderful and very educational book to read. It is about the differences between Calvinist's view and Arminian's view. The more I read it and the more I understand Calvinist's view which does point to Biblical way of understand His Election. The more I read Arminian's view, and this had me scratching my head and couldn't understand where they get their view of understand His election which doesn't seem to be Biblical at all.

Chosen for Life is a great book written by Sam Storm who is a man who used to be Arminian and so hard headed until he understood Calvinist belief. This book is very educational book to read a long with the Bible to double check. So far, I do agree with Calvinist belief and not Arminian belief which had left me scratching my head. The most important is that we all need to have the correct understand of His Election Biblically and not just Calvinist or Arminian way.

Then I read the Appendix C which is about The Divine Decrees on page 213 to 219, I found that is a very hard challenging Appendix to read. This had me thinking and want to learn more about this.

If you are going to read this book, I would encourage you all to have your Bible, color pens, and highlighter with you, and if you got Palm Pilot or whatever with electronic Bible with more than just one Bible translation. You will be very amazing how Calvinist's view does line up Biblical about His Election. I would encourage you all to read each verses that he had quote in this book.

By the way, I am not a hyper-Calvinist because I do believe in evangelism.
