‘Guerite’s Hot Jalapeno Pepper ‘n’ Cheese Spread
1 pkg of 8 oz of Cream Cheese (original)
1 pkg of 10 oz Extra Sharp Cracker Barrel Cheddar Cheese (no low fat or 1/3 fat)
3 or 4 nice size jalapenos and minced fresh seeded jalapeno pepper and option little bit of cayenne pepper
1 TBSP of Worcestershire Sauce
1 TBSP of Texas Pete
¾ to full of garlic into garlic press
½ TBSP of minced onion
Put cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese in the bowl and use electric mixer. Then add the other ingredients into the bowl and mix that up. Then put it in little bowl. Then put it in the refrigerator. Set it out of the refrigerator an hour before serving so that it will be easy to spread them.
CAUTION! If you are on fire or burning up with that, then EAT BREAD OR DRINK MILK and that will calm you down.
