While I was at El Tap, I was working on my Bible Study homework and eating Proverbs 28 for the day. I am learning something new that I didn't catch before as I reading or eating His Word. Proverbs 28:10 ESV
Whoever misleads the upright into an evil way
will fall into his own pit,
but the blameless will have a goodly inheritance. Proverbs 28:10 ESV
For many year I had read that "goodly" as "godly" until I realize it said "goodly" which is a very unusually word for me to see. Then I had to look into other translation such as NASB in my Palm Pilot T-E that I had with me to make sure "Is that suppose to be "godly" instead of "goodly"? I learn goodly is correct, but NASB use "good" instead of "goodly". I thought that is odd to use goodly. At least, now I know it is not godly but goodly. It is amazing how I can miss one important letter of the word "o".
He who leads the upright astray in an evil way
Will himself fall into his own pit,
But the blameless will inherit good. Proverbs 28:10 NASB
