I have been reading another wonderful great book to read that is The Acceptable Sacrifice by John Bunyan. I haven't finish reading that yet, but it is a wonderful book to read and about Psalm 51:17. Yes, this book is written in King James' language (King Jamie's language), but if I can read it then you can read it.
17 The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit;
a broken and contrite heart, O God,
you will not despise. Psalm 51:17 ESV
I am looking forward to finish reading this book.
Without any question of doubt, this book is hitting me about my heart condition and how much I need to have a broken spirit and a broken and contrite heart that is pleasing to Him.
