You all will laugh at this crazy rumor and a crazy coincidence too! I am not upset, and I had to laugh too. I am so thankful to find this out and got that straighten out this afternoon. (I did post it on the facebook to correct the rumor that is going around.)
This is crazy! Apparently there has been a rumor going around telling people that I am married. A wonderful deaf friend texted me on my cell phone and asked me that question "Want to know if its true or not. Are u married?. My reply was "No I am not married." I did ask her "Who said that?". Then her reply was that "Smile. Someone saw ur name on phone book and said Harrell-Owens where u live".
Oh boy! It was the phone book! I never saw my name in the phone book in the first place. I did check that under Harrell then look under Harrell-Owens and didn't see it. Then I had to look under Owens-Harrell.
Yes, it is listed under Owens-Harrell. I am glad that she told me about this. This is so crazy! Owens is my middle name from my lovely grandmother's maiden name. No wonder why I never saw my name listed under Harrell!
I am thankful for wonderful friend to tell me this and to clear up the answer to that question. What a day is this! This is wonderful news to me instead bad and ugly rumor. Some rumors are hard to clear up.
I just got that corrected this afternoon at Time Warner with the phone bill to let them know and the phone book to prove that error to them. It should be correct in the next phone book.
I was very curious why someone would think to look under Owens instead of Harrell in the phone book. The only conclusion that I reach to was that they thought that I was married to Owens because I have been "dating" John Owen (without the "s") by reading his book a lot lately, and I have mention that times to times on the facebook of having a date with John Owen and his book. What a coincidence for that to happened! This is too crazy to think about this!
I had to laugh at this crazy coincidence! I love this kind of crazy rumor. At least, I do hope that my friends on the facebook will see the truth out of that. Oh well! What a crazy day for me! The Lord is so good. I am so thankful for an easy kind of rumor to clear up the problem instead of bad and ugly rumor to clear up the problem.
Yes, I am still looking forward another wonderful date with John Owen and his wonderful book in The Mortification of Sin again and his other wonderful books later!

That is SO funny! I've heard The Mortification of Sin is a great book! When you are done please let me know! :)
I did finish it a few week ago. There is a major problem for me to loan out that book. You wouldn't be able to read them with all the marking up, and some marking were too personal for me to loan out. I had marked them up on just about every pages in that book because that is how I read and study. (Believe it or not: A lot of my books are that way.) Few of the books that I can loan out if I didn't have the habit of marking them in there. (It wouldn't be that way in a Fiction book.)
I would encourage you to borrow them from the Library in the Puritan Paperback edition (Not in the Volume of the Works of John Owen since that is written in old language instead of today's language). The Puritan Paperback are still a very hard reading book even though they translated it to today's language.
