Job Hunting and others!

I am praying for wisdom and praying what to do about this situation. I really do need your prayer for two things and plus wisdom too.

First of all, I am currently job hunting for a better paying job with benefit and fix schedule. Why fix schedule? So that I can hold down second job if needed in order to pay my basic bare necessary bills.

Yes, I do have a job with Books a Million (BAM), but they had cut my hours way too short (24 hours a week) to support myself. It is suppose to be full time (32 hours or more) job with benefit. Yes, I do have benefit but don't know how much longer will I have this benefit since they had cut my hours to part-time.

Second of all, I had gotten a realtor (husband and wife team) to come to look at the house. They love it. Down side of it is that my house payment is about the same as an apartment rent. Other down side is that I have 2 bedroom and just one bathroom. Most people are looking for 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom or bigger. The upside is great location and nice size house for first time homeowner. Also other upside of my house is the price range that does sell quickly.

I can't remortgage the house because it is already at 4.75% interest rate and can't get any better than that. Also I can't because of my income with the current job at BAM.

My concern is where would I go and live if I am not able to pay my basic bare necessary bills to keep the house. I had cut down a lot of things but facing the same problem. I just had about used up all the other resource income.

Information fact is that my basic bare necessary bills is greater than my income even when the hours aren't cut. I do know that doesn't sound too good. I do need a real paying job. I am not into credit card debt like an average normal American people. I do have Firestone card for fixing my FORD and had to get a new Dell computer early this year since my old ones does have a mind of its own and shrewd up time to times.

I had been thinking about renting my spare bedroom to someone (woman) that need a place to stay. I need to say that I do have a Biblical standard rules that she will have to live by if she is living at my place.

I do need wisdom about job hunting and whether to sell the house and live in apartment that is pet friendly. Right now, it doesn't make sense to move to apartment if the payment is about the same.

I also need wisdom how to find a way to keep my house and find a way to pay the bills.

I know that we all need to trust in Him for the wisdom and others too.
