A Perfect Church!

I just had come home from supper, and eating His Word, and studying Bible Doctrine by Wayne Grudem, Chapter 26 "The Nature of the Church" for Tuesday Morning Theology Breakfast. I am learning a lot in this book!

That chapter did remind me of the statement that I had made on Aug 6th, 2005 on the way to the wedding to Asheboro with Tim and Carol, "There isn't going to be a perfect church on this earth until we meet at Jesus' feet." I never had forgotten that statement that I had made right out of my mouth. This is so true.

I am so thankful for Christ Baptist Church of Wilson that does preach His Word! We all need to be in a church where the Word is being preach, and where we can be eating His Word too.

What kind of church should we be part of? This book can tell you the different between true church and false church. All of us need to be involve with a true church.

It also listed the "Marks" of the Church (Distinguishing Characteristics).

I would also encourage you all to get this book and learn a lot from this. It is a very easy reading and challenging too. You will need to have a Bible to go with it to fully understand the whole thing. I am so thankful for this wonderful book. The most of all is His Word that is the Bible that we all need to be eating His Word!
