What book(s) are you currently reading in these three categories: (a) for your soul, (b) for biblical study or (c) for personal enjoyment?
For my soul, I am still currently reading ESV The One Year Bible for my Daily Bible Reading every night.
For Biblical Study, I am reading Bible Doctrine by Wayne Grudem for Tuesday Morning Theology Breakfast. Also I just started to work on Bible Study on Galatians for the summer.
For my personal enjoyment, I am currently reading Ben Hur: A Classic Story of Revenge and Redemption by Lew Wallace. (I got this book as a gift, but I can't find this copy online but a different version of it online.)
There is a lot of other books that I would want to read them right now! I got a lot of books on hand that I haven't read yet. Number of John Pipers and other books that I have gotten.
I had finish reading The Pilgrim's Progress in Modern English by John Bunyan, and I really enjoy reading this book! It is not too King James to read it.
Recently, I finish studying 1 and 2 Peter for Bible Study with the Grace Group that we meet together once a month expect for the summer time. I have learned a lot. I did miss some nights that I had to go to work. OUCH! I don't like to miss a night of this wonderful Bible Study.
Hungry to eat His Word and learn more!

Great job, 'Guerite! These are challenging books. What did you enjoy most about Pilgrim's Progress?

What I enjoy the most in Pilgrim’s Progress?
I enjoy the fact that the man named Christian in the Pilgrim’s Progress hung onto his faith and kept his eyes on Jesus as he journey onward to heaven “Celestial City or Celestial Country”. There were a lot of trials and up and down yet he kept his faith. There were number of “Christian” who believe that they will be able to go there by works or fault teaching, but they were trap or thrown out and couldn’t enter in.
We all need to guard our heart as we are to keep Jesus in our eyes.
Hungry to eat His Word,
