How is my Daily Bible Reading is going?

The other day, someone on my facebook asked me that question: hows your daily bible reading coming?

I wrote this to him on my facebook to him:
I am hanging in there in my Daily Bible Reading and along with Eating His Word. Daily Bible Reading is different for me because I like to Eat His Word and study and dig it more. Daily Bible Reading is more of reading through for the day, and it is not the same as working on Bible Study or digging or eating His Word. Although, I am learning as I am reading something that I haven't caught before. It is a big challenge for me.

Now, back to this blog!
Yes, it is a real big challenge for me. I am learning a lot as I am reading through the Daily Bible Reading. I am using The One Year Bible in ESV. I have found this help me a lot but have struggle with Daily Bible Reading instead of eating His Word. So far, I haven't miss a day which is a true blessing, (not counting when I was doggie sick, and read two days worth the next day.)

We all need to encourage one another to read and eat His Word daily. It is so easy to get away from this.

Are you hungry to eat His Word? We all need to be hungry to eat His Word and be challenge as we learned something new that we want to read more about it.

Lord Willing, I will finish reading the Whole Bible in one year if I do hang in there. Please continue to hold me accountable for this.

I love morning time when I am going to work in the daytime, I always leave home early to read His Word in the parking lot while waiting to get in. I don't do the Daily Bible Reading there, but I do refresh my mind the passages that we at Christ Baptist Church had memorized and currently memorizing. That is my favorite time of the morning. I don't always have that kind of schedule as I wish that I do.

Before bedtime, I do my Daily Bible Reading at home. Of course, my kitty-cat, Anselm does keep me company with this when I am on the floor. Anselm like to play with my feet, or climb on my lap, or tag me. Sometimes, she will sit there and watch me as I am reading His Word.

I eat His Word while I am on my lunch break "Dark Chocolate break" and working on my Bible Study. I do wish that I have more break time but don't. If money does grow in my pocket, I would be eating His Word when I am out to eat at Pizza Inn or other wonderful good eating place (not at a fast food place). I found that eating His Word out of my home is a lot better than eating at home. I got to get myself to be able to eat His Word at home and not having to go out of my home and save a lot of money.

Let us encourage one another to eat and read His Word daily!

Hungry to eat His Word,
