Homemade Chocolate topping!
2 squares of Unsweetened Baker's Baking Chocolate Squares
1 can of Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Tbsp of butter
1 Tsp of Pure Vanilla Extract
Use the double boiler pot. Put two squares of Unsweetened Chocolate Squares and stir them until they are melted at high heat. Once that is melted then pour in Eagle Brand, add butter and vanilla extract in then stir them together until it is thicken for topping of the ice cream.
Great for leftover. Reheat in the double boiler.
Have fun making them and eating the ice cream or Banana split with chocolate topping.
I love Chocolate! I can't wait to make them again soon.
